🌍 Strategic Commander of the Planetary Climate Emergency Master Plan
The Planetary Climate Emergency Master Plan has entered its active phase. Humanity is facing its most decisive moment: survival or self-extinction.
This is not a call for division, but for unity. Governments, corporations, universities, scientists, entrepreneurs, citizens—we must all coordinate our efforts. There is no more time for delays: the survival of the biosphere and of humanity itself is at stake.
Why act now?
- In January 2025, the global average temperature reached +1.75ºC, dangerously close to the 2ºC irreversible threshold projected before 2030. Crossing that boundary would trigger positive feedback loops in ecosystems that no technology will ever reverse. The consequence: partial or total extinction of life as we know it.
- Renewable energies are now cheaper than hydrocarbons. This is not only an environmental imperative but an economic opportunity. It is time to step on the accelerator and execute a full energy transition.
Master Plan Actions
To achieve immediate and lasting impact, the plan includes:
- 🌱 Massive tree planting programs to restore natural carbon sinks.
- ⚛️ Deployment of compact nuclear reactors to quickly replace coal and oil power plants.
- 🔦 LaserDron technology for climate mitigation and atmospheric management.
- ⛏️ Sonic drills and hyper-pressure water systems capable of reaching 20 km depth, enabling the creation of next-generation geothermal plants. These plants could provide ultra-low-cost electricity globally within the next 2–3 years.
- Development to be carried out in cooperation with CONICET (Argentina), counterparts in the United Arab Emirates, and the University of Tokyo.

El Plan Maestro de Emergencia Climática Planetaria ha entrado en su fase activa. La humanidad enfrenta su momento más decisivo: la supervivencia o el autoexterminio.
Este no es un llamado a la división, sino a la unidad. Gobiernos, corporaciones, universidades, científicos, emprendedores y ciudadanos: debemos coordinar nuestros esfuerzos. Ya no hay más tiempo para demoras. Está en juego la biosfera y la continuidad de la vida humana.
¿Por qué actuar ahora?
- En enero de 2025 la temperatura media global alcanzó +1,75 ºC, peligrosamente cerca del umbral irreversible de 2 ºC previsto antes de 2030. Superar esa barrera dispararía retroalimentaciones positivas en los ecosistemas que ninguna tecnología podrá revertir. La consecuencia: extinción parcial o total de la biosfera.
- Hoy, las energías renovables son ya más baratas que los hidrocarburos. Esto no es solo un imperativo ambiental, sino también una oportunidad económica. Es momento de pisar a fondo el acelerador y ejecutar un recambio energético total.
Acciones del Plan Maestro
Para lograr impacto inmediato y sostenible, el plan contempla:
- 🌱 Programas masivos de plantación de árboles para restaurar los sumideros naturales de carbono.
- ⚛️ Despliegue de reactores nucleares compactos para reemplazar rápidamente centrales a carbón y petróleo.
- 🔦 Tecnología LaserDron para mitigación climática y manejo atmosférico.
- ⛏️ Taladros sónicos y sistemas de agua a hiperpresión capaces de alcanzar los 20 km de profundidad, habilitando la creación de centrales geotérmicas de nueva generación. Estas plantas podrían generar electricidad de costos mínimos en todo el mundo en los próximos 2 a 3 años.
- Desarrollo a realizar en cooperación con CONICET (Argentina), homólogos en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos y la Universidad de Tokio.
El Llamado
