I. La hipercrisis financiera ya es un hecho silenciado
· Quiebras bancarias encadenadas, deudas impagables, burbujas inmobiliarias reventando en Asia y Occidente.
· Estados y bancos centrales sin herramientas ni credibilidad suficiente para restaurar la estabilidad.

· Lo que se avecina es una crisis de legitimidad civilizatoria.
