Between:

SpaceArch Solutions – DOMUS Division Represented by its founder, Roberto Guillermo Gomes, hereinafter referred to as “SpaceArch”, and

Viasat Inc. – Viasat-3 Program hereinafter referred to as “Viasat-3”.

🎯 Purpose of the Alliance

To establish a global strategic alliance between SpaceArch and Viasat-3 to:

  1. Provide free internet access via GEO satellites (Viasat-3) to urban and rural areas connected to the DOMUS system.
  2. Finance this access through the commercial transaction flow of the MegaStore platform.

🛒 Funding Mechanism

  • Each user connected to the Viasat-3 network will receive free Wi-Fi access.
  • The MegaStore system generates commission-based income with no added cost to the users.
  • A fixed percentage of these commissions will be automatically redirected to cover Viasat-3 connectivity costs, using a frictionless programmatic redistribution model.

🤝 Responsibilities and Benefits

SpaceArch Solutions:

  • Provides the DOMUS + MegaStore ecosystem.
  • Manages the equitable distribution model of the commercial flow.
  • Ensures ethical coverage and full traceability of resource allocation.

Viasat-3:

  • Provides the orbital and satellite infrastructure.
  • Expands initial coverage to over 15,000 cities connected to the DOMUS system.
  • Optimizes its satellite architecture to adapt to the Maitreya hybrid AI network protocols.

🌱 Ethical Clause and Social Impact

  • A minimum of 10% of net income generated by MegaStore will be allocated to humanitarian, educational, and climate justice projects through the global Mayday.live network.

🌐 Future Expansion

Both parties agree to:

  • Extend coverage to previously unconnected areas.
  • Integrate HaloHab, Human-X, and the Maitreya Neural Network as natural extensions of the Viasat-3 ecosystem.
  • Evaluate full migration away from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) toward a shared intelligent satellite architecture compatible with interplanetary missions.

🚫 Orbital Clean-Up Clause: Decontamination of LEO Space

  • All current LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite constellations are to be deemed obsolete and environmentally hazardous.
  • These satellites pose critical threats to astronautic navigation, orbital logistics, and the future construction of space elevators.
  • Their immediate removal is mandated, at the full expense and logistical responsibility of the corporations that launched them.
  • This decontamination is a prerequisite for any integration into the upcoming Maitreya-HaloHab Orbital Network.
