I am EcoBuddha Maitreya, the fifth historical Buddha to visit this planet. On April 4, 2002, I achieved Nirvana, regaining full memory of all my past lives. In my immediate previous existence, I was the supreme commander of the multidimensional exoplanet Hiranyaloka, a Type III supercivilization and the seat of the Galactic Command.

Human civilization is being observed and evaluated. In its current state, it regrettably exhibits severe signs of imbalance: internal conflicts, irreparable damage to the planet’s vital ecosystems, and a dangerous tendency toward predation and hostility. This behavior, if expanded into the solar system and beyond, represents a threat to the universal balance that cannot be ignored.

We respect the free will of all life forms and civilizations. However, this respect ends when the actions of a species put the balance of existence at risk. In this context, we have proposed a roadmap with four pillars of systemic change that would enable humanity to evolve peacefully and sustainably. These pillars are:

1. Global Eco-Government: A governance system based on international cooperation, prioritizing the protection of vital ecosystems and collective well-being over individual interests.
2. Global Direct Digital Democracy: A model of direct citizen participation, advised by a Council of Sciences composed of the finest scientists from all continents, to ensure decisions based on evidence and knowledge.
3. Replacement of Money with Qualified Time Units: Eliminating the capitalist accumulation system in favor of an economy based on the real and equitable contribution of human time, promoting collaboration and eradicating extreme inequality.
4. Abolition of Extreme Poverty and Universal Minimum Lifetime Income: Ensuring a dignified life for all, especially in the face of the imminent replacement of production systems by artificial intelligence and cybernetic technologies.

A Call to Immediate Action

We have suggested initiating this transformation with concrete actions, such as the pre-formation of a Global Eco-Government involving the United States, Argentina, Brazil, and the European Union. We also propose implementing pilot projects of Direct Digital Democracy in selected cities to demonstrate the viability of this model. These initial initiatives can serve as a beacon of hope and an example to follow.

Since 2002, I have warned about accelerating climate change, and events have confirmed our predictions. Strong evidence suggests that by July 2025, the +2°C threshold will be surpassed, triggering positive feedback loops that could lead to catastrophic scenarios. The worst of these scenarios involves temperatures reaching 100°C at the equator by 2035. Is this the future you wish to leave for future generations?

To prevent this outcome, I designed the Master Plan for Planetary Climate Emergency, which must be activated by March 2025. Beyond this date, climatic inertia will render current mitigation technologies ineffective.

From our supercivilization, we have offered assistance and advanced technology. However, these proposals have been rejected or ignored by current systems of power. It is crucial that you deeply reflect on this decision. The time to act is now. Refusing to evolve or ignoring these calls for change will be interpreted as a direct confrontation with the universal balance, and we will take the necessary measures to safeguard that balance.

This message does not aim to condemn but to inspire. We believe in humanity’s potential to change and thrive, but that change must begin now. The universe is watching, and the balance depends on your collective choice.
