Short Term (1-5 years)

1. Activate the Scopex Project:

  1. Description: Implement the Scopex (Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment) to explore the feasibility of solar geoengineering as a temporary measure to reduce global temperatures.

o Objective: Evaluate and potentially use stratospheric aerosol injection to reflect a small fraction of solar radiation and reduce global warming.

3. Cancel Hydrocarbon Consumption within 4 Years:

o Description: Reduce the use of fossil fuels by 25% annually until their complete elimination within four years.

o Objective: Decrease CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gases from hydrocarbon consumption.

4. Reduce Global Energy Consumption by 50%:

o Description: Implement policies and technologies that promote energy efficiency and the reduction of global energy consumption.

o Objective: Reduce energy demand and associated emissions from its production.

Medium Term (5-15 years)

4. Approve the Global Green Solidarity Fund of 2% of the Annual World GDP:

o Description: Create a global fund where all countries contribute 2% of their annual GDP.

o Objective: Finance projects to end hunger, extreme poverty, and combat global warming, enabling large-scale, capital-intensive solutions.

5. Replace the Polluting Energy Matrix with a Non-Polluting One:

o Description: Transition to clean energy sources such as hydrogen and geothermal power to produce abundant and cheap electricity.

o Objective: Eliminate greenhouse gas emissions associated with energy generation.

Long Term (15-30 years)

6. Return to 350 ppm of Free CO2 in the Atmosphere:

o Description: Implement technologies and policies to reduce atmospheric CO2 concentration to 350 parts per million.

o Objective: Stabilize the global climate and mitigate the effects of climate change.

7. Limit Overpopulation:

o Description: Establish global policies to stabilize the world population at 5 billion people.

o Objective: Reduce pressure on natural resources and decrease greenhouse gas emissions associated with population growth.

8. Decontaminate the Planet and Protect Biodiversity:

o Description: Apply intensive decontamination policies, biodiversity protection, and large-scale circular economy.

o Objective: Restore and protect natural ecosystems, reduce pollution, and promote the reuse and recycling of materials.

Implementation and Monitoring

· Scientific Monitoring: Continue research and scientific monitoring of climate tipping points and the impacts of countermeasures.

· International Cooperation: Foster international cooperation to ensure compliance with these priorities.

· Education and Public Awareness: Promote education and public awareness about the importance of these measures to ensure their acceptance and support.
