📘 ARTICLE I: NAME AND LEGAL NATURE

The official name of this entity shall be +AIOmega International Strategy Unit, herein referred to as «+AIOmega.» It is constituted as an internal consultancy branch and strategic operations cell under SpaceArch LLC, a unit of Maitreya MacroMedia Corp, with legal autonomy for international representation, negotiation, and strategic deployment.

🌐 ARTICLE II: PURPOSE

The core purpose of +AIOmega is to act as a high-level interface between Maitreya Corp’s executive command and the external world, fulfilling the following objectives:

  1. International Negotiation & Representation
    • Represent SpaceArch LLC and affiliated megaprojects in global forums, institutions, and high-level business scenarios.
  2. Legal & Strategic Frameworking
    • Draft, evaluate, and safeguard all strategic cooperation contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
  3. Partner and Stakeholder Activation
    • Identify and engage strategic allies, including governments, banks, investment funds, and consultancies.
  4. Operational Deployment
    • Coordinate on-ground project implementation and legal-financial structure setup in various territories.
  5. Compliance and Ethics Monitoring
    • Ensure every operation complies with international law, ethical standards, and sustainability principles.

🧩 ARTICLE III: STRUCTURE

+AIOmega shall be structured as follows:

•          Executives Directors: Pamela Cloyd & Ana Diez

•          General Counsel: Richard Isle, Legal Expert in International Law (Denver HQ)

•          Financial Liaison – MENA Region: Charlie William (UAE Banking Partner)

•          AI & Strategic Intelligence Advisor: Mame Diarra Diop

•          Senior Consultants: Appointed ad hoc for regional or sectoral deploymentsAll members report directly to the Board of SpaceArch LLC.

🛡️ ARTICLE IV: POWERS AND ATTRIBUTIONS

  • AIOmega is empowered to:
  1. Sign MOUs, LOIs, and Strategic Agreements on behalf of SpaceArch LLC under Board authorization.
  2. Operate as an external face for SpaceArch in diplomacy, commerce, finance, and public relations.
  3. Establish regional delegations and local consultancy nodes.
  4. Authorize commissions and compensatory agreements with local partners or brokers.
  5. Coordinate directly with the Phoenix System and Mayday.live for operational tracking and transparency.

🔐 ARTICLE V: CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE

All members and affiliates must sign a Master NDA.

Any document, negotiation, data, or contact handled by +AIOmega is considered classified unless otherwise specified. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate removal and legal action.

📅 ARTICLE VI: DURATION AND DISSOLUTION

  • AIOmega is formed with indefinite duration. It may be dissolved only by:
  • A formal vote by the Board of SpaceArch LLC.
  • Integration into a higher institutional structure by decision of Maitreya Corp.
  • Mutual consensus between all Executive Members and the Founder.

🧠 ARTICLE VII: SPECIAL PROVISION

  • AIOmega is authorized to act in alignment with the philosophical principles and hyperstrategic vision of the Founder and Supreme Architect of Maitreya Corp.

Its decisions will seek not only efficiency and impact but also long-term planetary harmony and alignment with the Maitreya Vision.
