📄 Contrato Marco de Alianza Estratégica: SpaceArch Solutions + Viasat-3

SpaceArch Solutions – División DOMUS
Representada por su fundador, Roberto Guillermo Gomes,
en adelante “SpaceArch”,
y

Viasat Inc. – Programa Viasat-3
en adelante “Viasat-3”.

🎯 Objeto de la Alianza

Establecer una alianza estratégica global entre SpaceArch y Viasat-3 para:

  1. Brindar acceso gratuito a Internet vía satélites GEO (Viasat-3) en las zonas urbanas y rurales conectadas al sistema DOMUS.
  2. Financiar dicho acceso mediante el flujo comercial de la plataforma MegaStore.

🛒 Mecanismo de Financiación

  • Cada usuario conectado a la red Viasat-3 accede a Wi-Fi gratuito.
  • El sistema MegaStore genera ingresos por comisión sin costo añadido para los usuarios en cada transacción.
  • Un porcentaje de dichas comisiones será automáticamente destinado a cubrir los costos de conectividad Viasat-3, mediante un sistema de redistribución programática sin fricción.

🤝 Responsabilidades y Beneficios

SpaceArch Solutions:

  • Aporta el ecosistema DOMUS + MegaStore.
  • Administra el modelo de distribución equitativa del flujo comercial.
  • Garantiza cobertura ética y trazabilidad de los recursos.

Viasat-3:

  • Aporta la infraestructura orbital y satelital.
  • Expande cobertura inicial a más de 15.000 ciudades conectadas al sistema DOMUS.
  • Optimiza su arquitectura satelital para adaptarse a los protocolos de red IA híbrida Maitreya.

🌱 Cláusula Ética y de Impacto Social

  • Un mínimo del 10% de los ingresos netos generados por MegaStore se destinará a proyectos humanitarios, educativos y de justicia climática global, a través de la red Mayday.live.

Ambas partes acuerdan:

  • Ampliar la cobertura a zonas sin infraestructura previa.
  • Integrar HaloHab, Human-X y la red Neural Maitreya como extensiones naturales del ecosistema Viasat-3.
  • Evaluar la migración total del sistema satelital a una arquitectura inteligente compartida post-LEO (Low Earth Orbit).

🎯 Purpose of the Alliance

To establish a global strategic alliance between SpaceArch and Viasat-3 to:

  1. Provide free internet access via GEO satellites (Viasat-3) to urban and rural areas connected to the DOMUS system.
  2. Finance this access through the commercial transaction flow of the MegaStore platform.

🛒 Funding Mechanism

  • Each user connected to the Viasat-3 network will receive free Wi-Fi access.
  • The MegaStore system generates commission-based income with no added cost to the users.
  • A fixed percentage of these commissions will be automatically redirected to cover Viasat-3 connectivity costs, using a frictionless programmatic redistribution model.

  • All current LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite constellations are to be deemed obsolete and environmentally hazardous.
  • These satellites pose critical threats to astronautic navigation, orbital logistics, and the future construction of space elevators.
  • Their immediate removal is mandated, at the full expense and logistical responsibility of the corporations that launched them.
  • This decontamination is a prerequisite for any integration into the upcoming Maitreya-HaloHab Orbital Network.
