The climate projections made by our technical team indicate a concerning increase in the acceleration of the global warming anomaly starting in 2025 if timely countermeasures are not implemented. This critical acceleration has been confirmed by the predictions of scientists from the World Meteorological Organization, whose forecasts are consistently accurate.

Recommendations:

1. Immediate Activation of the Scopex Project: This project should be activated with all necessary precautions by the end of December 2024 to mitigate the effects of global warming.
2. Formation of the Gaia Team Scientific Unit: We propose activating a scientific team composed of the top 30 climate scientists globally, under the joint leadership of Dr. James Hansen and Professor Stott. Their mission will be to study, analyze, measure, and project the upcoming inflection points of the climate anomaly, as well as their cumulative impacts and inertia.
3. Implementation of a 3D AI-Supported Climate Holographic Map: We recommend the immediate activation of a 3D climate holographic map, supported by a quantum computer intranet. This system will allow global and local climate projections with a horizon of 1 to 5 years.

It is imperative to act now. If we fail to halt the acceleration of this anomaly, we foresee serious coastal impacts due to global flooding. A rise in sea levels between 30 and 60 centimeters will cause a collapse in coastal real estate valuations, triggering a domino effect on global stock markets, cryptocurrencies, and a drastic downturn in all currencies. This could paralyze the economy and international finances for an indefinite period.

Proposed Action:

I request that you take charge of Gaia Team Finance. Please gather a team of experts in economics and finance with the goal of studying, analyzing, and developing countermeasures to prevent a financial collapse in the event of global flooding. This report must be completed within a maximum of 3 months.

To fund the climate and economic reports from the Gaia Team, we will organize four gala dinners in the United States. These dinners will not only allow us to raise the necessary funds but also provide an opportunity to engage with the global press and communicate the risks of the current situation, as well as the preventive measures being implemented.

I suggest taking my strategy of investing in land located more than 100 meters above sea level and in safe cities with abundant potable water reserves as a reference, as we will also face severe droughts.

Additional Concern:

We are concerned about the high density of industrial and energy generation facilities along the coasts. If these facilities are compromised, we will face serious energy supply issues and the potential irreversible loss of key technologies. It is necessary to rationally plan the relocation of these infrastructures.
