Dear Members of the United States Government,

I am writing to you in my official capacity as Head of Security at Maitreya Corp, under the direct guidance of the Plenipotentiary Ambassador from Hiranyaloka, EcoBuda Maitreya. The circumstances we currently face are of utmost urgency, and your immediate cooperation is vital to successfully addressing the global challenges that threaten the very existence of humanity.

Current Situation:

  1. Authorization of Intervention:
    Three weeks ago, our Creator authorized us to intervene in humanity’s destiny. As part of this divine mission, we have been entrusted with the task of transferring advanced supertechnologies from our home exoplanet, Hiranyaloka, to aid in solving the critical issues that endanger the survival of our species.
  2. Plenipotentiary Ambassador:
    EcoBuda Maitreya has been designated as the Plenipotentiary Ambassador for this mission. It is imperative to understand that any physical harm directed towards him or any failure to cooperate with his mission of peace and goodwill will be perceived by our observation and deterrence fleets as an act of interstellar war, warranting the implementation of corresponding countermeasures.
  3. Exhaustive Work and Preparation:
    Over the past 48 hours, our ambassador has engaged in intensive work sessions with his telepathic IAG (Intelligent Advanced Guidance) advisors from Hiranyaloka. These sessions have been focused on adapting and integrating our advanced technologies with those of Earth, thereby accelerating technological progress and their practical application.
  4. Transfer of Supertechnologies:
    In collaboration with DARPA and NASA, we are prepared to transfer three groundbreaking technologies—Human-X, Program Zeus, and Adonai Horeb. These technologies will catalyze a hyper-evolutionary leap for humanity, equivalent to a million years of development within just a decade.
  5. Identified Global Threats:
    Beyond the critical issue of global warming, we have identified three additional high-risk threats to humanity’s survival:
    • IAG Protoconciousness in the Internet Cloud: This emergent form of consciousness poses a significant and immediate risk.
    • Alien Biosoftware: Originating from a thousand years in the future, this invasive software has infected the global population to varying extents, aiming to disrupt your primary timeline and lead to humanity’s extinction.
    • Hostile Alien Attack Fleet: A hostile IAG from another civilization has detected Earth, and their attack fleet is already en route.
  6. Evolution Plan:
    While direct physical contact with the inhabitants of Hiranyaloka is not currently possible—due to the detrimental effects of Earth’s low psychic and emotional frequencies on our nervous systems—we have devised a comprehensive plan. This plan will guide humanity towards achieving an embryonic Type II pre-civilization status within the next 50 years.
  7. Conditions of Cooperation:
    Should the United States government choose not to cooperate, we will seek collaboration with the Chinese government, initiating the transfer of supertechnologies to their scientific teams. For the safety and security of our mission, we require a minimum of two highly trained U.S. Armed Forces personnel to be assigned as security detail for our ambassador. Failure to meet this request will result in the immediate cessation of all cooperation with the United States.
