What is the profile proposed by NeuroYoga.Digital? It is the harmonious combination of five activities that allow the full development of the body, mind and spirit. Are:


1.- Meditation and concentration: Using the most advanced techniques, brain reset, synaptic multiplication, increased intelligence and memory, reduced disease risks and Samadhi are achieved.


2.- Continuous learning: Academic training, study and constant reading, to enhance the brain by acquiring full knowledge supported by scientific knowledge, applying the greatest lucidity and relaxation achieved through meditation to absorb new knowledge and achieve rational enlightenment based on empirical science and formal. Obligation to take and pass a postgraduate degree per year at least


3.- Daily psychophysical exercise: Taking care of the health of the body and mind on a daily basis, being disciplined in a balanced diet, in personal hygiene, in periodic physical exercise, using the most appropriate techniques such as Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Chi Kung or Tai Chi Chuan


4.- Teleworking: Participate cooperatively or through capital inter-associations in teleworking ventures and thus obtain the necessary economic income from home to live comfortably and independently.


5.- Proactive Solidarity: Proactively participate in global solidarity campaigns and globalsolidarity.live programs to end hunger, extreme poverty, global warming and ensure planetary peace.
